This is my online project where I build easy-to-follow guides about various different fitness exercises. The guides will be about bodyweight training and with weighted gym exercises.
I myself have been training for several years. Started at the gym and now – still at the gym – but focusing more on bodyweight training and learning calisthenic skills.
I feel like training overall is my passion. Whether it is bodyweight training, lifting weights or running, I feel a must need to do something everyday or I’m gonna go insane. This is why the name Train To Stay Sane. At least for me, training helps with my mental health and I believe it can help everybody else too.
Pushing yourself to your limits physically gives you such a great rush that in your mind it overcomes all other worries you have at that time. Plus with proper diet training keeps you fit and physically in good shape which also improves your mood when looking in the mirror and being proud of yourself.
I try to explain each exercise so it’s easy to understand how to start and progress with them. I have made animations that helps with understanding the movement and how it should be done. Be mindful though my Blender skills are not the best yet.
